way too early michigan predictions

  • i know how soon this is but im ready. be realistic about your predictions. i dont predict scores ever but i hate to say we'll be lucky to keep it within 14. we made penn states pile of steaming feces offense look good today. michigan gets the ball in space, we cant tackle in space. just dont see how we can beat them.

    1 year ago we won 37-7 and i said the talent level of these two teams in unreal because michigan has 0 talent. 1 year later i truly appreciate how much a coach changes a team. im not "disappointed" to be a buckeye, im just sad this year. the freshman on this team deserve better coaching and they for sure deserve better seniors. want to make a statement fick? bench every senior on this team next weekend, none of them DESERVE to play.

    ever since the 2 td's against wisconsin this team has regressed every single week. significantly regressed. missed tackles on this team is actually laughable. you think we're suddenly going to be able to tackle against the best running qb in college? our best chance is that it's 100 mph winds and pouring rain. otherwise this is going to get ugly

    If the Coaches and team can't get up to play scUM, they can't get motivated to play anyone. The truth is scUM is way better than they've been for the last several years. But talent wise I don't think they're that much if any than we are. If they can find the team that beat Wiscy, we win by 3-4. I think that team shows up in AA for the game. But then again I think we are going to win every game, and I can't see a thing without my scarlet and grey glasses on...

    That's about the size of it. We seem to have folded the tent after Wisky. But, I've got a funny feeling that we are going to narrowly beat Michigan in a low scoring affair, say 10-0 or 10-7.

  • Hope we have been preparing for ttun the last couple of weeks because we haven't been preparing for anyone else. Just kidding I guess. They really want this bad, that worries me. They also are coming in on a high note. Its going to be tough. Hope for turnovers, bad weather and maybe Miller can pull one out. 20-17 GO BUCKS!

    After rewatching the game I have never seen a player on the ground as much as Moeller.
    He would run slow and dive on the ground at the ball carrier, never making a tackle.
    It is perplexing that the coaches can't see how bad these 2 slugs are.

He would run slow and dive on the ground at the ball carrier, never making a tackle. It is perplexing that the coaches can't see how bad these 2 slugs are.

    The reason Moeller is on the field because there is some sort of blind loyalty to him because of the reason he missed last year.

This game could go either way, but i'm far from feeling like we're heavy underdogs like everyone is making us out to be. Michigan isn't world beaters, they lost to Iowa just a week ago. Just my take on it, I won't be surprised at all if we win.

    Michigan is going to be so pumped for this game, while I think our guys have already checked out.

    I am hoping for the best but I am expecting the worse. It's just hard to expect a win for a team that cant put together 10 completions in a game.

    Huh? PSU ran for 240 yards yesterday, our run defense was awful and PSU is mediocre at best. Just think of what DRob can do. We have no idea what we're doing on defense. They'll pass at will too.

    Not saying BM has the best arm in the country but WTF is he supposed to do w/ his BAD BAD BADDDDDD OL? Yes his scrambling has helped him this year but this is the absolute worst offensive line in pass protection that I have ever seen @ OSU.

    Dude, it's bad all around. Brax doesn't go through his progression/misses open receivers. Receivers drop balls. O line play is inconsistent. Play calling has the other team calling blitzes non-stop. No single person is to blame. From the coaching staff down to the players no one is really do a good job.

    Nebraska played its worst game of the year yesterday. The team was emotionally tapped out. It is their first year in the BIG and every game they played was like a bowl game.
    Many of their fans echoed that sentiment as to the bowl game atmosphere. Whisky, MSU, Iowa, OSU and Scum- and these are all huge crowds also.

    SCUM is improved. However if OSU shuts or slows Robinson down, they should win this game. They are still more talented.

    I guess it depends on what you consider talented? Do we have potential to be good in the future? Sure. Are any of these "talented" players playing well? No. Talent is a bullshit word that people throw around. We suck, the coaching sucks, most of the players are playing terribly. And we are on the road. We have "talented" db's who can't tackle or cover, "talented" linebackers who can't read plays, and "talented" d linemen who can get absolutely no QB pressure without a blitz. We also have "talented" receivers who can't catch and "talented" offensive lineman who can't block. Really, talent is doing a lot for us right now.

    Open receivers? I was at the game yesterday and I didn't see any open receivers. This is the worst core of WR's that I have ever seen here. They need to get better fast...

    By the way, I hope we see more wildcat.....what a great idea it is! No team would ever expect you to take the ball out of your best players hands at your own 10 yard line! If it wasn't for that darn slippery ball, that play would have gone the distance.....yep..
