    I realize its early yet, but the star of the spring game, Michael Thomas was a three star. Man, he looks good.

    Nice shout out BK. I thought Thomas looked great as well! With all the noise surrounding the WR's throughout spring practice, about stepping up. It looked like the WR's took that challenge to heart, and were pulling in the passes. The WR's looked good, but Thomas stole the spring game! Cant wait to see him on game day against Miami! GO BUCKS!!

  • Michael Thomas was one of the lowest rated recruits in his class, but he will start in his first game as a TRUE Freshmen The Kid is a Freak! The Sporing Game spoke Volumes of what this kid is capable of. After his Senior Year he was a 4 Star, after Fork Union, he was a 3 Star, WTF?

    I'm sure I'm going to get downvoted for this, but everyone needs to slow down the Michael Thomas train. We have all seen players have a good Spring Game and disappear the rest of the season. With Spencer out and Smith and Brown on the Grey team, of course he is going to get some balls thrown his way. He looked sure handed and had good chemistry with Braxton, but that doesn't mean he's going to start. Loooooong time until the first game kicks off.

  • I agree in some ways Mr. Urban Matta but when our starting db's can't man up on him there is much promise. The bam and Tuarian show where normally 3 or four catches for lik 80 some yards. Not 13 for 130 :). Trust me Thomas and Devin Smith will be major players this season.

    I agree, he looks sure handed and he ran nice routes. I honestly think Smith and Hall will probably lead us in receptions with Stoney close behind. I just laugh thinking about how someone was telling me that Taurian Washington would be all Big Ten because he had a monster Spring Game. I mean who else did Braxton even have to throw too? Vennette and "Call Tyrone" Williams? I'm excited about Mike Thomas too, but a lot of people on these boards are going crazy about him.

  • True there are alot of guys I am really excited for in this 2012 class, we have not seen what southward can do and I am excited about Frank Epit' both look great just need to get them on campus.

  • The stars mean little when a kid is declared a solid verbal most recruiting sites stop or slow down updating info on the kid. So is it an exact science? Not even close!
