Hey guys, sorry about the mess in OSU. That's a really stupid reason to decommitt, so even as one of your rivals, I'd like to say you guys are still in ridiculously good shape for this year and beyond.
My question is in regards to Joey Bosa. I know there are rumors, but as a VIP Wisconsin poster, I can't see them if I lurk around. Could anyone be kind enough to give me a little scoop (I understand you guys pay for this content, so if not, no worries!)?

No problem, I wouldn't classify it as a mess. Ohio State's staff wasn't involved at all, so nothing really to worry about. Just can't control every single person out there, or especially their personal past, so it is what it is. Some weirdos are gonna be on every campus and it's possible recruits and/or current student athletes will run into them from time to time. I'm just glad Ohio State advised everyone of what was going on and to stay away from this troublemaker.
Not much scoop with regard to Bosa -- as of right now he's still a Buckeye, and going by VIP posts from earlier today it doesn't sound like he'll be reneging on his commitment anytime soon.

Yes you ARE a Badger... funny stuff... had the best time in '02... Drove from Chicago. Leaving the hotel two badgers were in the lobby... pretty bummed because their friend was passed out from his bachelor's party the night before in his room and they couldn't get him up... So me and my buddy gave them a ride to Madison... They took us to their tailgate... There were about 50 Badgers... we had a blast... Brats, Beer and Jello shots... Great time!

The big 2 losses were Bob Bostad and Paul Chryst (our OL coach and OC, respectively). We brought in Matt Canada, the OC at Northern Illinois to replace Chryst. That's a substantial downgrade, as Chryst had been a head coaching candidate for quite some time. That said, early reports on Canada are that he's a good fit for our system and a good QB coach of a similar mold. We brought in the Ole Miss OL coach, Mike Markuson, to replace Bostad. While Bostad might have been the best in the business, Markuson is one of the best, having mentored guys like Michael Oher.
Our WR coach is Zach Azzanni, who actually was with Urban Meyer at FL before being the OC at Western Kentucky. Azzanni is a great recruiter (Urban referred to him as "relentless") - and it's quietly shown up already. 4* OT Hunter Bivin apparently had UW in his top 4 before picking ND, mostly on the reputation of Azzanni. While he didn't sign him, 4* OT prospects from Kentucky don't normally look at UW at all.
Dave Huxtable, our LB coach, was replaced by Andy Buh. Huxtable was nothing impressive and Buh has made a few waves in California (sorry for the pun) already - such as getting UW in the thick of it for 4* OG Scott Quessenberry.
Last up is Joe Rudolph, our former TE's coach. We simply promoted Eddie Faulkner to take the spot. This one actually hurt a fair bit in the short term - I've heard rumors that was the last straw for Dodson ever considering UW (though OSU is a good bet to beat us out for him even if we kept Rudolph and Alexander, his 2 primary recruiters). That said, neither he nor Huxtable were particularly good coaches or recruiters. I won't miss them.
tl;dr The ones ones that sting are Bostad and Chryst. Mike Markuson should pretty much replace Bostad, and we'll see if Canada can come close to replacing Chrst.
Last but not least, while Beloleima is a scumbag, terrible in game coach, and a complete hypocrite on the recruiting trail, he's really good at hiring assistant coaches. He found Bostad in the middle of freaking New Mexico. He found Chryst. He found all of these guys, all of whom have earned tons of promotions since being hired. I have confidence the guys he hired are good picks. I'm not worried about our coaching staff moving forward.
Let me know if that helps answering your question.

I think Bielema is irritating, but UW has averaged 10 wins a year under him for the past 6 years. It's tough for me to argue with that type of production.
That said, he does get on my nerves. The whole whining at Urban Meyer publicly for going after Dodson was just crybabyish, his late game decisions (MSU game 1, the rose bowl, etc.) are just painful to watch, and I know that his personal life is less than squeaky clean (spending some time with hookers is the only thing I know).
Tough for me to speak on behalf of all of Wisconsin. I do think the program is in better shape now than when he took it over, and honestly that should put him in UW's good graces.
