Based on their 2012 seasons, Bosa, Burrows, Woodard, Anzalone are all be candidates to be upgraded to 5 stars, and Sprinkle, Thompson and Neal up to 4. It's hard for QBs to get upgraded to 5 stars; in fact, they're more likely to be downgraded if they don't have good receivers to throw to and blockers to protect them and open holes. Same with OLs. Elliott doesn't play against a very high level of competition so while he could put up monster stats, he probably won't be rated any higher than 4. Few TEs get 5 stars so Baugh's most likely stuck at 4. For some reason, Price's stock seems to have been dropping lately so he'll stay a solid 4.
Urban's got to make sure they don't waver, that they keep feeling the love. That means OVs for the scUM--get them back in the Shoe for a game that means something. Meanwhile, other schools are going to keep taking shots at these kids. As Tommy Bowden once said about recruiting other schools' commitments, "No means go."

Oh sure, I'll just pull a few schollies from existing players and just let the NCAA know that we collectively decided not to pay attention to their sanctions.
Hell why stop there?
Tell them we just rehired Tressel, kept the damn money and penciled in the vacated season as we thought the punishment/ sanctions were bull shit!
Dude if we could just say frack it and start adding kids at will that would be great! However, tOSU has an 82 schollie limit that must be adhered to, so I am not sure that the Buckeyes can add all of these dudes and OL recruits without pushing someone out.......errr....getting them to leave the team. This ain't Alabama or Ole Miss........
It doesn't work that way.
