Is this old news?
Dan Hellie (NBC 4, Washington DC sports anchor) tweeted the message below:
Stefon Diggs visit to Maryland seems like a courtesy. I'm hearing he's leading heavily towards Urban Meyer and Ohio State. #Terps #buckeyes

I like what he's hearing.
Not too old, I saw it earlier today. Things are looking good for the Bucks though. Hope it comes true...
There is a "rumor" that he has eliminated Florida. I read this on a Gate message board. Idk if true or not but just wanted to pass it along. The rumor originated from Auburn insiders. So take it with a grain of salt. With NSD over the news has been slow and thought some might be interested in hearing this.
Did Stefon Diggs really eliminate Florida? Reply
Somebody on another board said Diggs narrowed his choices down to Ohio State and Auburn. If those are his final choices, I think he will go to Ohio State because of Urban Meyer. I am just surprised he eliminated Florida...if it is true. I always thought Diggs would end up at Florida

Maryland is making a serious late push. MD-osu-uf battle. Auburn used up their bankroll on Scam Newton.
GO NOLES! / SCALP EM!
not to boast, but I posted this last night. Unfortunately there was so much traffic on sbcnation that it crashed so the link didn't work. I do like our chances especially after telling Neal no thanks. Gotta think we are sitting pretty right now.
north till ya smell it, west till ya step in it.
You guys on here are awesome getting info. Guess I'm just old and out of date. I have no idea how you guys find out the info you do but keep finding it. Keeps us old Buckeye fans up to date.
Hope Diggs becomes a Buckeye!!
The only way he choo$e$ Auburn over OSU i$ if he ha$ a $uper vi$it. I am not $ugge$ting that he would take it, but I am $ure it will be on the table! I wa$ a little worried about Florida, but not $o much with Auburn.
We $hall $ee!!!!

Definitely, when you tell a talent like Neal no thanks...you better have a good reason. Let's hope that reason is Diggs. :D
It's amazing what an untraceable debit card and lots of Southern Mob $ can do for a recruits decision making process.
Hopefully Diggs is more than just a lean at this point. I'm ready for him to commit already.
Why are you putting that out there that Urban has said no thanks to Neal.
Would NEVER Happen!
You DONT say NO to an Athlete like that!
BIRD IN THE HAND IS WORTH TWO IN THE BUSH!
He has been turning a lot of other kids down waiting on Neal!

I don't know what is true and what isn't true with Neal's recruitment. But, with that being said the whole situation is sounding really sketchy and that is the last thing we need right now. Go Bucks!
i think it would be nice to get one of the two. it might help with the offense next year. i suppose waiting is all we can do.
not a VIP
Cgrimm11, good post, I al$o hope auburn didn't $pend all their money on diamond.
Hope Diggs is a Buckeye by the end of this weekend.
Maybe Diggs just isn't into TATOO$ or he wants to play with the big boys.
Then again- maybe he is... Your point?
I see Auburn must have been able to pull $ome $$$ together to land Diamond? Must have had some $$ left over from Cam. Must be tough with Saban kicking Tiger butt on the field and in recruiting.
Can you Digg it!!!!
My point is that you can make all the allegations you want, but Auburn underwent the most extensive (year long) investigation combined with media frenzy of any program in the last 20 years and came away with the NCAA stating emphatically that there were no major violations. it's ironic that fans of a school on probation with a coach fired for lying to the NCAA, is accusing a school that was cleared of wrongdoing? No wonder Herbstreit left Columbus. Urban Meyer has never defeated Auburn anywhere anytime at anything. I don't expect that to change anytime soon. When was the last time OSU defeated Auburn in a bowl?
We can agree on this, Urban and Tuberville have at least one thing in common. When they lose a recruit, they claim the other side must have cheated ... surely a kid didn't choose to go play for another school.
So if Diggs comes to O$U, I guess he just made a rational decision, but if he goes to the SEC, there must have been something nefarious going on.
Media Frenzy?!? I hope you are kidding. Poor Auburn was blitzed for two whole days! The NCAA then instantly gives them a not guilty and moves on. It's okay the check went to his dad, nothing to see here...
Is big boy football hoping you retrieve an onside kick to beat Utah state?

this guy is a sports news anchor. he has no sources and knows nothing about recruiting. Just a fact. You should take this with a humongous grain of salt.
Pic Sigs are for losers.
An Auburn blogger is apparently tweeting that he has already informed Auburn lead recruiter of his decision.
Diggs informed lead recruiter Trooper Taylor of his decision last night.

I have confirmed that Stefon Diggs will choose Auburn this week. Big get!
I havent heard consistent news on Diggs for even a whole day, I wouldn't believe much of anything I hear, probably just gonna have to wait till friday to find this one out.
Interesting, just did a google news search of the past 24 hours, not a single mention of Diggs doing anything. I'm sure it would be news in at least some publication. I call bravo sierra. I'm not saying Diggs is coming to Columbus, just doesn't pass the smell test on this one.
