UF is out! LOL OK! That settles it... I may be wrong on Diggs but here is some food for thought... You buckeyes are always so confident going up against us... just like 06, just like this January, just like now.
FYI, he has ties to our program wayyy beyond those who have moved on from our program to yours. Guess we will see Friday.

Does not take much to down play Muschamp. Muschamp is in over his head, way over his head. UF will continue to struggle and he is no Meyer, and he does not have talent on his past staffs like Meyer either. Weis was even smart enough to get out of that mess due to Muschamp being way way way over his head. UF is going to start being a 5 loss type program get use to it. PS, the Florida and it's offense that Diggs was sold on during a Friday night lights two sessions ago was Urban Meyers fool, you are going more pro style with a new coordinator from Boise, which is a lot of pro style and west coast. Diggs really liked and likes Marrotti as well. You should worry about Maryland, those are the teams you are going to start facing in bowls with the new staff under Muschamp that cannot hold a candle to what Meyer did.

Oh I didnt know we hired the guy from boise, and I didnt know he is running prostyle. Thanks for enlightening me! I didnt know you were such a UF expert and knew the reasons Weis left... Aslo, FYI, since the day he was hired, Muschamp has said the Offense will be prostyle. Diggs knows that and yet has made how many visits to UF?! Dont think that will be a big deal for him. Funny how you all are Diggs experts after a month.... Diggs has spent a minimal amount of time with Marriotti and you think that will be a deciding factor?
And this in over his head coach somehow managed to beat you all despite the former coach left him no talent? weird.

I'll try not to sound like a homer. So, here goes.
A guy like Diggs can play in ANY system, but some systems will be better for him than others. Maryland won't have near the exposure his talent can command, which will in turn translate to a possible NFL career, possible Heisman opportunities, etc. So, because of that, I believe Maryland is out. The only thing that keeps him there is his Momma.
Florida is high profile, so going there is far better than Maryland. However, Muschamp has installed a Pro-Style offense. This doesn't necessarily translate into more opportunity for Diggs. Also, look at how bad Florida's offense was this year. If you had his talent, would YOU want to go there. That is a definite NO. Additionally, Muschamp is NOT proven. He hasn't done anything but assist Mack Brown. He's way out of his league (Muschamp). He will fail. You don't want to be a part of that. Especially following Meyer. Good luck with that, Willie.
Ohio State. Proven Winner (team/school). High profile. Nationally televised. Conference domination. Heisman winners. National Championships. But here are the important points:
1. Urban Meyer. Proven Winner. Before coming here, he's proven his pedigree. None better. None straighter. None tougher.
2. Spread Offense. In this offensive scheme, it highlights a guy like Diggs. Not just as a receiver, but as a runner, receiver, returner, etc. Meyer will put him ANYWHERE he can be useful. Advantage: Higher stock for NFL teams. More chances to succeed. More yards. More TD's, more catches. More exposure. More ESPN highlights.
Did I mention his friend and teammate goes to Ohio State?
So. It's obvious, if the kid has a sound head on his shoulders... it's The Ohio State University.

Meyer left lots of talent, several juniors bolted to the NFL and kids transferred, plus some incoming recruits bolted. Muschamp is an unorganized trainwreck, his cute jumping up and down with Texas players caught the nation's eye, too bad he is not head coaching material and you fools fell for that act. OSU voted not to even play in the Gator Bowl, no surprise they lost. Most of the team did not want to be there and lame duck coaches were preparing for others jobs. It is what it was. Muschamp is still in over his head and will wallow in mediocrety. Maybe you can get some of his pictures jumping up and down with the Texas defensive players that Mack Brown brought in and tell your how great a cheerleader Will was at Texas, because he is not a good head coach. Sorry about your luck, we will take Meyer, Pantoni and Marrotti with some ex NFL and college guys every day of the week.
