REEVES IS A BUCK PER PA RADIO

  • "In-home visit rules" = Isn't there a limit on how many in-home visits a school is allowed? I'm thinking there might be only one allowed per school...period.

    Consequently I've been waiting for someone to correct the statement that Mattison could have a home visit two days after Hoke. Otherwise, why wouldn't Meyer, Vrabel, Fickel & Withers each schedule separate days spread over the last week to prevent other coaches from access to Reeves?

    That wouldn't make sense figuring Hoke visited Reeves on Saturday and Mattison will be there on Tuesday. I'm pretty sure the HC only gets one, but I'm not sure how the other coaches work.

  • yea, that would be a very smart move...............I have not heard anything from the West Roxbury, MA media, and I just looked at several sights. Also, nothing on Scum or on here or Rivals.

  • I enjoy reading your posts Matt. facts or not we all have an opinion and this is a free board. Totally agree if they dont want to read it why dont they but they seem to feed off reading your posts so they can say something negative? Keep posting Matt some of us enjoy your posts

  • I beieve that a coach has to have an in home visit in order for a commit to sign with a school. Not sure about if there's a limit though.

  • I am hearing he is scUM lean now. Hopefully Urban can work his magic today with his in home visit, but from what I have heard along with my gut feeling is that with mattison visiting after Urban Reeves unfortunately goes to ttun.

    yea, hate to say it but I am not feeling good about it either. I just read over some rules, and nothing mentioned the number of visits or when, just some stuff about not being able to get signatures in the home.....................I am perplexed though from what I was hearing the last couple days, and him Tweeting this weekend Home Sweet Home, and his buddy being a Buck and them saying they wanted to play together.

    So, if Reeves Neil and Diggs fall through who is on Urban's short list? Did I see where we have another visit planned.

    you're telling me - I have three teenagers.

    problem is that people do listen to their tweets and then misinterpret them by saying reeves is a buck because he is saying OSU is his home. when he never said that. its like the game telephone where by the end of the line its not even close to the original statement. that's why its good to list sources behind these bold statements so everyone knows how much credance to put behind it.

    I understand your frustration regarding hearing something, getting excitied, posting it on a thread, and then getting slammed!

    Its happened to the best of us. However, dont back off your original quote like you have here. Stick with it! If its true and he commits, you can feel good about it.

    If you are just guessing or going from site to site and plagerizing someone elses thoughts and words then you will deserve the critisism this board has dished out.

    Keep your head up! You certainly got quite a response!

    I still feel he ends up being in S&G, I have read and heard way to much to tell me different, but hate that he is still talking to Scum this late in the process.

    We dont have a chance against mattison he is Mr. Everything.Surprised we are even trying to recruit against this guy.LOL

    Not sure this is true.

    Anyways, I BELIEVE the head coach can have one in home visit, assistants can have one as well. Looks like scUM is worried so they split the visit up around our TEAM approach. I guess we will see which is more productive in this case.

    I am thinking Buckeye on this one. He will have to weigh his relationship with Mattison against his relationship with Camren and our coaches. One positive is OSU has the exact major that he wants, scUM does not.

    I don't think we will hear too much today, it is his mother's birthday. Seems odd to have a coach visit on your mom's birthday though.

  • Last night, I didn't believe the Meyer is late rumors, that seemed to stupid for such a good coach.

    I think Reeves may take a while to decide...I think he really is confused at this point. Assuming he doesn't commit tonight (which I don't expect), it probably goes to NSD or close.
