Robert Foster Rumors

I've heard rumors that we are not interested in Robert Foster or he is not interested in us anymore. I hope this is not true. Does anybody have more info on this??? Happy Easter Buckeye Nation!!

If the rumors are true, you will hear complete silence. If they are false, at some point, you may hear a denial. We'll just have to wait and see how that plays out. We all know what happened with Davonte Neal last year. Attitude does matter sometimes more than athletic ability.

Visiting from the MSU 247 board. My idiot brother is a scUM fan and the mods on their scout board and here on 247 have chimed in on the subject and said that both OSU and scUM were unhappy with some off the field stuff and have susequently backed off on their recruitment. Not saying it's 100% fact, but the mods tend to be pretty dialed in. There wasn't a lot of detail. Good luck out there fellas.

So, going by flash5's theory, there's "noise" but no denial, which to me sounds like maybe there's at least a third option--if the rumors are true, we'll hear either a denial or an apology. Whatever it was, it sounds like Foster's saying it was all a misunderstanding.
It also sounds like he's trying to be contrite. That's always a good first step if you want to get out of the doghouse.

You know what, they didn't really elaborate on it. I guess it was an impression your staff got or something of that nature. For those of you that follow twitter I would reach out to Mike Farrell. He's always got up to date buckeye news for sure. He confirmed it so he might have a little more for you.
