The Best Damn Recruiting Board

Zettel is actually a DE, or was at PSU and was recruited by many for DE.

Ya I saw that on their roaster. Still he was the number 8 OG out of HS according to TOS.

Mangiro has already said he is staying. Actually a lot of guys are saying they are staying. Here is a link to the PSU board that is keeping track:

Yeah, but he wasn't actually that good of an OG, he is a much much better DE.

Here are some serious questions that hopefully someone can answer.

1. What is PSU's current scholarship count?
2. How many graduating scholarship seniors?
3. Projected number in the current recruiting class?

Next year is when you will see the transfers. The current scholarship count minus the graduating seniors plus the incoming class. Whatever that number is, you then have to subtract the apprpriate number of scholarship players to equal 65.

Seems that could be the case. But there is a lot of evidence that people get even more committed to the cause when things like this happen. If you have every read the book "Influence" by Robert Cialdini you would know what I am referring to.

I think a few might transfer but most will stay.

A lot of this is being influenced by the timing of the sanctions. They are just about to start fall camp after having gone through summer conditioning, so the esprit de corps is high right now. At the end of this season though, when reality sets in, a lot of the younger guys will opt out. The seniors for next year will probably stay though. Loyalty is not going to mean as much to the underclassmen come January.
