I disagree with you on that one. Craft, defensively, is probably a first team All-defensive player. Craft averages 2.3 steals a game compared to just 0.9 for Burke. He averages 4.6 assists per game which is slightly lower than Burke's 4.8. But Craft has a better Assist to TO ratio than Burke. I think PPG, Burk's 14 to Craft's 8, has a lot to do with how each kid is asked to play for their perspective teams. I think Craft could average 12+ if he wanted to and can take it to the hoop with the best of them. Both have a .350 3pt average, Craft has a better shooting percentage overall (.490 to .428). These stats are from ESPN, so if they are wrong, i'm wrong:)
Both are really good players, but I think they are asked to do different things for their teams to really compare them.

Craft cannot "take it to the hoop with the best of them". If you watch closely most of his takes to the rim are heady plays by Craft when he catches the defense snoozing. A player that can take it to rim with the best of them can do it when the shot clock is winding down and the defender knows your trying to take them. It's not difficult to keep Craft from the rim late in the shot clock. Craft does a number of things well but creating or taking it to the hoop when the clock is winding down is not one of them. The last player we had that could get to the rim at will was Mike Conley. Evan Turner was proficient but he was no Conley. I like Craft as well as the next guy but lets not attribute skills to him that he does not possess. When the clock is winding down this year more times than not the ball ends up in Buford's hands and he is forced to create which is not his strength either but the coaching staff apparently believe he is more capable than Craft.
