Uh, no. You completely missed the point. However, the fact that you are a LIBERAL (and i respect you for that since you are honest about it) says a lot that you came to his defense. I have never seen you defend a Conservative on here or even feel the need to speak up for a Conservative, even when one was being unfairly attacked, but you spoke up for this guy. He can be a Liberal all he wants, I am sick of the "moderate" act. he isn't a "moderate" any more than you or I am.

Your question should be a statement. Conservative ideology is blatantly hypocritical. They only get away with it because most of their base doesn't question anything and doesn't accept facts as proof of anything.

How many times have you heard that the Republican party is the party of personal responsibility? Too bad the red states take more than they give when it comes to the public good. Red states are, for the most part, welfare states, yet they not only pretend but actually believe that they are the party of self-reliance.

Republicans claim to be in favor of states' rights. That is, unless they disagree with a state. When Oregon voted to approve physician-assisted suicide, the Bush administration basically forced them to vote on it again. Whey they again passed the measure, John Ashcroft tried to single-handedly usurp the will of the voters of an entire state and stop it until the Supreme Court stopped him. This is just one example.

They claim to defend the Constitution, but they are really only worried about the Second Amendment and owning guns. The parts about separation of church and state, the rights of the accused, etc., etc. etc.... not so much.

They claim they don't want the government telling us what to do when in fact that is precisely what they want. They want to outlaw assisted-suicide, abortion, gay marriage and more while instituting public prayer and eliminating the separation of church and state (at least for the Christian faith).

There is nothing more hypocritical than a conservative.

Another Liberal that likes what a "moderate" wrote? It seems that Liberals do like what Urban_Meyer wrote.

The point is you have no "MODERATE" views. You have nothing but Liberals complaints and talking points. You are a Liberal trying to pretend to call yourself a "Moderate" because you think your Liberal idea's will be taken more seriously. I have news for you: It isn't working.
