I was just stating that on paper (look for yourself) African Americans are more prone to Gangs, Violence, and low income. thats it. African Americans today like Al Sharpton says hiself we need to change the statistics. If not they would not be considered a minority.

Again, that's talk about the behavior of whites until the government forced them to treat blacks equally! Again, I'm a social scientist and there are complex reasons for black poverty, crime and black on black violence. I know that prior to the 1970's the black family were together and there was no violence in their neighborhoods. There are also millions of whites alive today that practiced Jim Crow so again whites are not holier than everyone else!

The logic should be more black people should fear white men!

Sharpton and Jackson need to stay the hell away from this they are nothing but a couple of crooked buttholes.

They have the 911 tape that said the boy ran which was also collaborated by the girlfriend that was on the phone with him for five minutes from 7:07 Pm to 7:12 Pm. (Police also have the phone records) She said, Trayvon was afraid and she told him to run, but he said he was going to walk fast, but decided to run. At 7:12, she said he was cornered by my Zimmerman and Trayvon ask him why he was following him twice and twice Zimmerman ask him why was he here? The girlfriend then heard a sound like Trayvon was pushed and they were disconnected.

Based on this testimony no way Trayvon snuck up on Zimmerman but instead was corned by a strange man he thought was following him for the purpose of harming him. There was obviously an altercation and will never know who pushed who, But I do know if Zimmerman's heart was in the right place he would have introduced himself as part of the Community watch and there would not have been an altercation. Yes, a witness said, they saw Trayvon on top of Zimmerman, but another witness said, after the gun shot she saw Zimmerman on top of him. Secondly, if Al Sharpton and other blacks had not got involved the nation would have not heard about the case. As far as the Black Panther Party they are like the KKK so we should not even include them in this conversation.

Mostly, importantly when do we condemn 17 years to death because of immature things they do like smoking weed or posting crazy stuff on twitter and facebook? Did you know that the former Sanford Police Chief was fired because he had a tape of his son beating a homeless man to death but would not arrest him? Base on your premise the murder of this man who probably had a checked past should be marginalized!

By the way ABC just said the lead Police Officer on the case said there was probable cause for a manslaughter charge, but he did not think they could win the case. Bottom-line there is a lot of information that needs to be proved in court.

If you are beating the crap out of somebody who is on the ground and screaming help and get shot. Is it a tragedy? Many people would think it is completely justified. The whole story created by the media was fake. They showed a picture of him when he was a little kid and claimed he only weighed 140 pounds. They tried to paint Zimmerman as a monster before the facts were even known. With the media you are always guilty until proven innocent.

The kid was shot in the back. Unless Zimmerman has extra long arms, you can't claim self defense while you're shooting someone in the back. Anyone ever think that the kid was scared as well because he was being followed and subsequently beat up by a 30-40 year old man?? And he was unarmed? Zimmerman shot him because he let the situation get the best of him and not because he was trying to defend himself.

I have not heard that the boy was shot in the back, where have u seen that....

The lead homicide investigator in the shooting of unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin recommended that neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman be charged with manslaughter the night of the shooting and did not believe his story, multiple sources told ABC News.

So every person that is suspected of being murdered should have their character introduced as part of the case? This is like a rape victims sexual history or what they are wearing as being justification for being raped!

The bottom-line if you read my previous post. Zimmerman saw the kid according to 911 tape run and his girlfriend confirmed that he ran away from him at around 7:11 Pm and the altercation happened at 7:12 Pm. There was an altercation, but no way Trayvon had time to chase down Zimmerman because he was cornered.

I don't care if he was a black, white, red or brown on crack and had been in jail, he did not deserve to die like he did because he was on the phone with his girlfriend coming from the store with candy and Ice tea.

Man how many people do you know that used drugs in high school and did immature things? Do you think that should mute justice for them?

I worked in the criminal justice system for over 30 years and this is a lie. It is more about who your lawyer is and poverty. Clearly, bases on these arguments and history blacks should fear white males! What do you say to the millions of blacks still alive today that were victims of Jim Crow and thousands that had family members lynched or raped by white men? By the way most that I know never played the race or victim card and just motivate my generation to go to college or join the military. In fact millions of whites that practiced Jim Crow are alive today so explain their behavior?

You realize I wasn't condoning that behavior? My point was the actions of Mr. Zimmerman are not justified because of the kid's history because there's no way he knew his history before he shot him.
