If this is success I'd like to see failure.... where's the 250,000 new jobs that Walker promised????
Wisconsin is the only state that had "statistically significant" job losses over the most recent 12-month period, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
From March 2011 to March 2012, Wisconsin lost 23,900 jobs. That was the largest decrease in percentage terms in the country.
Those job losses came from both the public and private sector, but the public sector job losses (17,800) were larger than the private-sector job losses (6,100).
At the same time, Wisconsin was one of 18 states that had a statistically significant drop in the unemployment rate during the same period, from 7.6% to 6.8%.
Wisconsin has experienced both job declines and a drop in unemployment at various times over the past year. The two indicators come from different surveys, and the decline in the unemployment rate has also reflected a decline in the number of people looking for work.
The BLS report can be found here.

Unemployment has gone up under Barry....and they're not even reporting the real #s....(i.e. underemployed, or those who've stopped looking for work)....Obama has us on track to be the next Greece. Great.
How about fuel prices and expendable income killing the middle class.
This is what you get when you have an amateur with no business experience, who's a communitiy organizer (agitator) in the White House.
He is clueless.
You'd have to be high to re-elect Obama.
He's going to get pummeled at the polls in November. People are waking up and don't buy the media's garbage any longer. -

But...but...75% isn't enough. We need to do our share and contribute more, so other people that choose to do less can have better health coverage than we do, so their kids can receive a discounted college education our kids aren't eligible for, and so that unemployment can last for 2 years so people don't even have to actively look for a job.

Wisconsin was in a mess because of out of control spending by the spenocrats, but Walker has gotten it under control. Thank God, Walker has eliminated collective bargaining for public employees!
Frozen Buckeye, you sound like the typical unionized public sector worker that feels entitled to an absurdly early retirement, inflated wages, platinum plated healthcare and ridiculous pension benefits. You would never make it in the private sector and you want to know why? It's because you are a loser and consumed with jealousy and believe others owe you. No one owes you shit!

Tim, you're kidding right? Obama has zero experience working in the private sector and yet you believe he knows better than Romney (an exceptional businessman) how to run the economy? Thanks for the laugh!
I take that back, that Obama has zero experience in the private sector. During his crack smoking days, he probably was selling drugs to help pay for his crack habit.

I do not believe that the negative things you point out are what the majority of constituents in either of the two major parties advocate. Unfortunately, it is the extremists who tend to grab the headlines (and microphones). The real challenge is HOW "we work together to make sure that the less-fortunate among us have at least the same opportunity to work towards something they can be proud of"... I'm telling you right now that the upper Middle Class (who some contend are part of "the rich") are already paying far more than their "fair share" and should not (cannot) be burdened with even more of the load (particularly when almost half the country pays nothing in Federal income taxes). The truth is things like "The Buffet Rule" would only fund our government for one day in the next fiscal year and seven over the next ten years (which is nothing more than political theater but go for it as far as I'm concerned). Despite the naive belief that we can solve our problems just by taxing "the rich", the reality is we have a FAR greater spending problem than a revenue one... Things like Obamacare will NOT improve what is already a dire situation.
I also agree with you about the "me, me, me, me" culture... No one thinks it is their responsibility to step up (look at the hysterical reactions to things like SB5 which at the very least was a strong basis for needed reforms). IF increased taxes will go to eliminating our deficit, I'm willing to contribute to dig us out of the hole (and I will guarantee you over half of what I make already goes to government through all the various taxing mechanisms which is beyond absurd). However, entitlement spending must be significantly dialed back if we are to be realistic and sincere about addressing our problems. Additionally, government has to become a more efficient entity and it's management and employees brought in line with private sector realities.
Finally, it's time to call people like the following out and stop rewarding laziness and apathy while punishing hard work and success, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2kGPdxkofo . No more making it more profitable and easier not to work rather than getting a job. No more disability and insurance fraud. No more subsidizing things like cell phones. No more having people selling their food stamp loaded cards for profit. No more "settling for pennies on the dollar" for debt people racked up on their own accord. No more suing people as a desired method of income. No more allowing the "pain seekers" to cripple our healthcare system. No more aid of any kind to people who aren't willing to take a drug test before they get their "Obamabucks". No more providing benefits to people who are in our country illegally. No more telling people they are victims because they are stupid. ENOUGH.
AND let's pursue white collar crime with the same vigor and severe punishment as blue collar crime (I'm talking about you John Corzine and other Democrats and Republicans alike).

Just because Romney made $250,000,000 doesn't mean he's an expert on the economy. What he is an expert at is buying up companies, firing their employees and then selling what's left to scavengers. What a great life he lives. And if you are fat because you eat everything in front of you 6 times a day does that makes you an expert on culinery?

First of all, I love you man! For saying truth on here! This is exactly what the wingnuts do, and Walker is certainly one of them, they tell you they are going to help with jobs, but they are only there to ensure that the future is controlled by the wealthy and corporations. Thats what they are about. This is why they have to talk so much shite about the President. They need to divert people away from what they are really doing and what their real mission is...to DESTROY the middle class because massive numbers of peopple in the middle of the spectrum are the only way to hold the big corporations at bay because large numbers of middle class voters outweigh the power of big money! So they have to destroy the middle class. They are also now talking shite about not needing an education and defunding college loans. Research shows the more education one has, they less likely they are to be a republican. Some of the idiots like Minsterbucke are caught up in it because their own anger, hate, and frustration keep them from seeing what is really going on.
They are fundamentally wired differently than people in the middle and progressives. They have a high fear complex and are less tolerant and accepting of change. You boil it down, why else would anyone not in the upper class EVER vote republican? Fear of anything different than they are!

Hey Dopey, less talk and more proof of your accusations. You Cons never use proof, just give your half-ass opinions. God it's getting awful and going to get worse. Of course your candidate is an expert at that. Thanks for the Internet because everything he says will be checked and we will find he will do anything to get elected, just like he would anything to make money. You Cons are officially MITT-wits!
