    Ahh yes..Use the knee jerk Fox News bumper sticker slogan engineered by the Socialist think tank talking point manipulators and then sold to the leftist minions who have recited it faithfully. As if it means anything to objective clear thinkers who can make up there own mind to who has the better argument or solution. A network comes on the scene that is not dominated by northeastern liberal thought of reporters, writers and producers. It reports news differently in that it gives credence to both sides of the arguments. And yes they actually have conservative commentators, Oh my. They don't trot out phony "conservative" or "republican commentators like Andrew Sullivan, David Brooks, Kathleen Parker who may call themselves conservative but are establishment liberals on way to many issues The leftists are threatened because of their past "grip" on what is news, what should be reported, how it should be reported, etc. So Fox news must be smeared, demeaned, and belittled Alinsky style.

    Continue to follow only the leftist mainstream media who espouse only the leftist thinking as the starting and ending point of discussion on any topic.

    What confounds and enrages leftist thinking is that there is a network who also tells the other side of the argument without hostility and demeaning of those arguments.

    Liberal "Truth" is whatever promotes their cause. The actual Truth one way or the other does not matter because the ends, (agenda), justify the means (how they meet their agenda).

    Demybuck

  • You do realize that the root of the word "liberal" is freedom. Maybe the right should come up with a less complementary name for their oponents.

  • Denny,

    "What confounds and enrages leftist thinking is that there is a network who also tells the other side of the argument without hostility and demeaning of those arguments."

    You do watch Limbaugh, Hannity, O'Reilly, and Beck don't you? Am I missing something here? "without hostility and demeaning of those arguments." WTF!

    O'Reilly = Larry

    Hannity = Moe

    Limbaugh = Curly

    Beck = Shemp

    Now that's funny... Go ahead and add the hair to each of them, except Limbaugh. The resemblances are uncanny. As are many of their actions.

    Oh, and substitute conservative for liberal in your last sentence and it works just fine as well. politics as usual in this great country. Ever heard of Rush Limbaugh?Sean Hannity?

    It's amazing that they (MSNBC) can spend all night talking about some obscure
    Repub. congressmen or Sarah Palin. They haven't spend 10 minutes
    on Fast and Furious or Solandra. If it was Bush scandals - that's all you would
    hear from them on their shows. That's why nobody watches them or
    takes them serious. They're bias is so blatant and over the top.
    The best way to nuetrilize Fox News or talk radio (Rush, Etc.) would be
    to show some modicum of objectivity. But the MSM will continue on and
    have dismal ratings. Journalism is a lost profession. Most have taken
    sides (90% vote Dem.) and it hurts America.

  • The truth of teh matter is we all want pretty much the same thing, good jobs for us and our kids and a social safety-net if we find ourselves unemployed for a spell, we all want to be healthy and hope our insurers put our well-being in front of profits, we all want a productive well educated society, most of all we should all want to be free to live the lives we want without infringing on other peoples rights. I don't think either party represents evrything we all want. We are all citizens of this great country we should work together to make it the best country we possibly can. We are all more alike than different like it or not.
    GO BUCKS!!!!

    Yeah, I said it.

    Those people are conservative political commentators and they do not hide that fact. Do you know the difference between journalists and commentators?. I was talking about hard news casts by so called "unbiased" journalists.

    Brian Williams, Bob Schieffer, Diane Sawyer, Scott Pelley etc, etc. The news casts are slanted left day in and day out. On ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, Bloomberg, PBS, etc.

    A really good laugh is watching you attempt to engage in any type of conversation that does not end with either gurgles, nap time, or the throwing of a sippy cup of milk across a room.

    "I used to live in a room full of mirrors; all I could see was me."

    Conservatives believe the four stooges are journalists. They are the ones who can't tell the difference. You can bet every progressive or Democrat in the US knows the difference between commentators and journalists. The part of your comment I quoted says "network that tells the other side of the story without hostility and demeaning of those arguments." I naturally thought you were referring to MSNBC. "the other side of the story" means the opposite of what the four stooges are saying, not somewhere in the middle with Brian Williams, et.al. Both FOX and MSNBC are biased, but MSNBC uses real facts... somehow they know how to research them. They don't bluster around or sit on a couch and make them up. All Democrats know MSNBC is biased. We like it. We already know the news by the time we watch MSNBC. But Brian Williams is not going to call out Rush, Glenn, and Sean on their blatant lies. I don't believe Republicans realize Rush and company are biased, they think they are watching the news (read truth).... and it's sad.

    i have probably listened to 10 minutes of Rush in my life, so i guess a crap like u are wrong, and ley me guess u think your man Obama is the greatist thing since slice bread.....you've been on here 13 months, and have only posted 26 times......either u use another name, or your mommy won't let you type on here.....

    I don't believe for a minute that you don't watch or listen to Rush, or any of the other stooges for that matter. We admit we watch the MSNBC lineup. Of course we aren't ashamed of it. Since you say you never watch Rush (and I assume Sean, Glenn, and Bill) and you surely don't watch MSNBC much, why don't you check in every once in awhile and see who is angry and who is laughing. That's right, they (MSNBC) are laughing at your guys. Nobody could write the material spewed out by the stooges and the candidates... it's too funny. Hell, I would even wager many conservatives think Colbert is a conservative. After all, that's what he says he is. It's called parody. He's laughing at your guys too. I hope I didn't destroy your night with that revelation.

  • Sorry minster cupcake - I didn't vote for Obama last time, and I won't this time - if I vote at all.

    I just enjoy tickling the ribs of party uber alles clowns like yourself.

    You're so blinded by party ideology that you can't find the truth with both hands.

    I do wonder why you are so dismissive of your mentor however? That line of defense never works - well, except for folks who actually LISTEN to the hypocrite.

    They think it's brilliant - which tells you all you need to know, doesn't it?

    Mom says hi.
